Starting at the foothills of Şirvan Mountain, water is collected in a protected sampling room.
A Ø125 stainless-steel pipe carries spring water into the protected sampling room. Transfer materials comply with food regulations.
Water reaches our facility through 2,350 metres of natural flow driven by the difference in elevation.
Twin Ø125 PVC lines connect the spring to the facility. No pumps are used along this line; water flows by gravity.
Water arriving at the facility is stored in stainless-steel tanks dedicated to raw and filtered water.
Two of the four tanks are for raw water and two for filtered water. Suitable butterfly valves are installed at the inlets and outlets.
Raw water passes through UF filtration to the ozone unit, then continues to filling.
Stainless-steel lines carry water from the raw-water tanks to UF filtration, the ozone unit and the filling machines.
Blowing, rinsing, filling, capping and drying: successive automatic steps.
Three separate lines serve 5 L PET, 0.33–1.5 L PET and 200 ml cups. The cup line uses PET roll forming, filling and aluminium sealing.
Labelled and packaged products are palletised, stretch-wrapped and moved into storage.
PET lines include shrink-wrapping, automatic palletising and stretch-wrapping. Handles are also fitted to 5 L bottles. Products are moved to storage for dispatch preparation.
Entry to and exit from production areas are controlled through sanitation equipment. Disposable gowns, caps and shoe covers support hygienic access.
